Description

It appears to pop-up on ANY hexadecimal number.
When that number is NOT 3 or 6 digits in length, it selects a random color.
For example:

Actual   Selected (different each time)
$FFFFFFF $552fed, $87c93d, etc.
$FFFFF   $93rbeb, $60a1db, etc.
$FFFF    $84f230, $f4177b, etc.
$FF      $17fcb0, $94a747, etc.
$F       $485ba3, $bf4f51, etc.
