Sometimes if you have the cursor over say and instruction and you press f6 in the ide, it should bring up the help and then the item in question or items that are relevant. Sometimes before the items appear in the help window, the help comes up or its windows but there is a blank window as in the screenshot instead for ages before that help eventually appears.
This was a new thing I noticed in the last 2-3 versions which has crept in.
Again only sometimes this happens, other times not at all for along time. Quite rare but random when it happens all the same.
Sometimes you have to click another item then back to whatever it was to get it to appear.
