C$=Upper$(C$)
Problem is that Choice$ was a variable passed to:
Procudure PLACE_SPRITES[C$]
...as C$. Choice$ was not initialized, so Upper$(C$) failed.
Fix: Add Choice$="" just before main Do loop.
